I was in a custody battle at Bronx Family Court for 3 years. The judge awarded custody to the mother who obtained 6 ACS cases during the battle. (She has 9 in total for various reasons & multiple reporters) The mother neglected to be present for 3 mandantory court hearing dates (by law this forfeits the case and awards custody to other parent) without probable cause and was not reprimanded. The mother was awarded custody. Judge claims the reason was due to my tardiness that present day. I haven't seen my daughter for a year due to the mother's failure to follow the court order. I would like to reopen this case with the help of this petition to obtain custody.

I have provided audio of a conversation between me and the aunt of my daughter's mother. She speaks on numerous moments the mother has practiced immense negligence. She mentions the mother drugging her children and leaving them in the home alone to attend the club. PLEASE LISTEN TO FULL AUDIO.
