A tragedy that should not have happened. And if this man would have stopped and shown some sort of humanity the situation could have turned out differently. I'm so sorry for the families.

The state of MD has once again rewarded bad behavior, where is the punishment to encourage others to stop or turn yourself in to the authorities.

sounds to me like he is related to someone involved int his process... One of the cops, judge, prosecutor. I would hire a private investigator.

Although I am a Cecil County resident, I am a Bel Air Md employee. Lets see justice for Chris and show others that "good character " is something you earn every single day of life, continuously; in hope of not showing others that this type of behavior is exceptable or excused. The person responsible must be held accountable if they are ever going to truly be of good character.

Scared is not an excuse. It shows he is self centered that he felt his plans were more important than turning himself in. He deserves more than a slap on the wrist. Not to mention if he was going on with daily activities it shows he has little remorse. I personally would be broken up weather the accident was my fault or not simply because I had taken a life.

Although this may have been an "accident" , hiding the vehicle and evidence turned it into a serious crime, requiring severe punishment.

We love & miss u more than mere words could ever describe. Logan still can't talk about you without his eyes filling up, or anger. U made such an impact on his life & u loved him as your own. I will be forever grateful for that. I am writing a letter that will hopefully help put this putz away longer, & your beautiful niece that misses you very much has expressed to me she wants to write the states attorney for her uncle. When she told me that it brought tears to my eyes. You are missed terribly. Love u immensely.
