Hope the person responsible for the lose of Chris is charged with a more severe punishment for fleeing the scene and leaving a man to die without any help or medical attention

please note...... MSP had warrant.... His father said he wasn't home, but would call him home.. SO MSP waited instead of enforcing warrant, as they waited, light came on in home and they heard a noise, when they approached home, MR BORYS himself was there, yes this low life was home all along and he was destroying his supply... They found weed all over the sinks and toliet, along with scales and baggies............................. YET no arrest was made.....

Chris' death was a tragedy. This coward hid evidence and restored a vehicle in a garage, yet didn't have time to report it to MSP. Something is being hidden here and he should get the maximum penalty. There were drugs found at his residence and possibly the reason the accident happened. Maximum penalty!

Not liking to anyone do jail time, but this instance deserves more than a year and a day! The 6 months for the drugs make the hit and run a slap of the wrist! He killed someone and didn't man up to it! He needs at least half of the mandatory to set an example that this is not ok to do!

To reduce the value of a man's life to 1 year and a day is a travesty to justice. There is no reason for leniency for someone that showed no humanity, no empathy, no compassion, for the victim.

It is the job of the justice system to PROTECT its CITIZENS that are injured, killed my reckless acts of others. To think that taking someone's life has been negotiated down to a negligible senance just shows that the law is now on the side of the CRiMANALS not the victims. We need to take back out country and protect the innocent. Someone hiding a truck after knowingly killing someone and trying to hide it is not an accid t but the calculated plans of a criminal without remorse. I understand jails are overcrowded but a perpetrator with this kind of history is not a safe member of our society. When the innocent suffer without recourse, we lose the intent of our constitution and our justice system. Don't sweep this under the rug. Changes can start now and the family of the victim deserve justice.

This man does not deserve leniency. He commited murder and deserves maximum sentence without parole. His victim does not receive leniency or time off his sentence which was a cruel death. Just a testament to the Harco judicial system and it's back handed attorney community.

This is the guy who was killed last yr while snow blowing and the killer left him there to die after hitting him. I pray that Chris gets justice.

Too scared to render aid. Too busy to report to the police. Not too busy to eliminate evidence. He should serve the ten years.
