Chris deserves justice!

This plea deal is preposterous! Please take this deal off the table. Kenneth Borys deserves way more time for what he did.

Run over the judge's son and flee the scene and see how much time you get!!!! corruption!

what do you expect? they are all in bed together!

Please give Chris's killer the full sentence since all the male had to do was call for help on his cell phone which is the humane thing to do. He was not human enough.

Justice for Chris

When the justice system finds that the man who hit him with his vehicle, cleaned the blood left from his dying body off of his vehicle, and went on with their business (part of which was using illegal substances) should only be given a slap on the wrist and not have to pay for a life taken, well I believe that this justice system is no longer operating in a manner that is best fitting to the public. Chris and his family are becoming victims to this crime all over again. I want to believe that the system is not completely broken and it is my hope that these signatures, opinions, and reflections reach the proper hands and that the punishment is more suitable to the crime committed. The person that took Chris's life, his children's Dad's life, the children in sports who called him coach’s life, those who called him family, Chris's life, and those who called him friend, Chris's life will never understand how precious any life is without being held accountable. Even if Chris had but one friend his life would still be just as cherished and important and command a harsher punishment more suited to the crime just the same. Please, bring justice for Chris. The man who did this does not deserve to walk away with such a light sentence and such leniency nor does he deserve to become a college graduate and seek employment with barely a blemish on his record. It is unfair and does not impress upon him the error of his ways. This sentence will not rehabilitate him or hold him accountable, instead it tells him and others that life means very little in the eyes of our justice system and society and ultimately that they can get away with murder!

This guy knew exactly what he was doing. He deserves way more than 1 year in jail.

Almost a Year ago today I lost my friend; I lost someone who gave my family his heart and his home. Chris was truly amazing. He loved his two kids and loved my little brother like he was his own. The night I lost him will forever been burned into my memory and will haunt me and my family every single day. There was no chance for goodbye or even one last word. I spent the day with Chris shoveling snow on his last day here, and I wish I could grab every second and every moment of that day just to hear his voice one more time. That night March 5th will forever run like a video in my head and will never leave. Chris loved my Mother and my little brother with everything he had, and I wish each and every one of you had the chance to meet Chris. I miss him; I really do with all my soul and being. When you lose someone this quickly, you really don't know how to feel or where to go. A person you just talked to five minutes ago is gone, and you can never hear or talk to them again. This has destroyed my family as well as left Chris's two sons without their father. I ask each and every one of you to sign this or to add my mother’s Facebook and to share this throughout this small town of ours. There is an injustice being done. As a small family we don't have much power; but if our community rises up together and fights this, we can. I know we can. Please share this with whomever you know. 1 year sentence ? The Judge and Prosecutor just spit in the faces of Chris' family. This piece of human waste hid from police for 12 days, hid the vehicle and made the changes to rid the evident, but the most form of disrespect to human life was he was "too busy" to report it to Authority's .

Please, this family deserves justice and his murderer deserves more than a year in jail!!
