I want to know why they killed him so needlessly and LIED about it. They deserve to have their liscenses revoked. No one should be allowed to kill animals like these when they are NOT a danger to anyone, and the preserve was obviously trying to get him back. WE DEMAND ANSWERS!!!

Cynthia always begins her talks to our students with a history of the the ignorance and hatred of the wolf, going back hundreds of years. Sadly, this is a perfect ample of how little things have changed

This is unacceptable. I've been to this reserve, and have even interacted with this wolf. My family has spent time in this wonderful place, and we have shared so many memories here. We've even donated quite a bit, because it is just that important to us. What was done to Chaco was cruel, inhumane, and down right DISGUSTING.

What FL FWC did to Chaco makes me sick to my stomach. This socialized wolf should NEVER have been put down especially with the SWP trying their hardest to humanely bring him home. Had they not been repeatedly lied to maybe this rare and beautiful creature would still be around to educate the public and dispel the hysteria and myth that wolves are evil and bad.

This whole thing just absolutely makes me sick and just makes me have even more against the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation. Not only did they do this here, but I am in central Florida where they are killing off many of our beautiful black bears down here. Conservation? I think not. If they were wanting to CONSERVE wildlife they would not be doing so many senseless killings of animals.
