Seriously! This guy takes 2 lives and has a prior conviction. Travesty if he is released.

I am a person that believes in forgiving but having said that I do believe that when you make the same mistake more than once there is consequences. This man has taken the lives of our precious aunt and uncle that cannot be replaced. He had been arrested more than once for DWI. I ask that he may not be granted parole because this problem will continue. Please place yourself in our shoes what if your loved ones are next? I strongly believe that my family wasn't given justice. Two innocent lives that had so much to give. Please in Jesus name don't let another family suffer what our family is suffering. By keeping him in jail you are protecting him as well. Please I ask that you hear our petition.

I really hope and pray this man isn't allowed back into society. He knowingly murdered two innocent people who were love beyond measure. Their family deserves justice!! The need to know the man that killed their mom/grandma/dad/grandpa/brother/sister/aunt/uncle is paying for what he did. And that is to be BEHIND BARS FOR THE REST OF HIS LIFE!!!

I had the honor to meet this couple. They were good people.. May they RIP... God bless the family...

To whom it May concern under no condition should this Man be released early he deserves Maximum sentence,for he left My Dad without the chance to see his big brother ever again Ramon my uncle and Aunt were the king and queen of many!!! ,and for their lives to be tooken from all of us !!we were cheated out of a Drunk Driver That decided to drink and drive!! My aunt and uncle would of tooken their shirts off for any body !! And did anything for anybody !! I PRAY THAT YALL read all notes and letters and realize what wonderful people my Aunt and uncle were !! While my aunt and uncle wait for us in Heaven !! The man that took their lives needs to pay before he does this to some other innocent people, sincerely Ramon and Carmen Mendozas nephew, !!

I loved them both..and it hurts me to see the family suffor for them....We miss you Ramon and Carmen...

This person doesn't deserve to be free and roaming the streets after he didn't take into consideration of his actions and for that matter he ended up killing two innocent respectable loved people that nobody will ever see again !! So why should he be let free as if it were just a slap on the wrist he deserves a far longer punishment there is drug dealers who get longer sentences then this !! How is 6 months to a year fare !! This isn't his first offence nor will it be his last so take into consideration that if he is let go he can hurt or kill somebody again !!!

This is his third offense, that should be taken into consideration, he has taken 2 life's. Carmen and Ramon Mendoza's life's should mean something and justice should be served. What punishment is 6 months or a year? He could go out and do it again or others will see what kind of punishment he is getting and won't be afraid to drink and drive.

Nobody should be able to take a life without consequence, and if you release this person this early they will just go out and kill someone else because there is no punishment for doing so.

They deserve to serve more time.
