There is no justice if you release that man ! He took two precious lives because of his bad choices now he should pay the price .he chose to drink and drive the Mendoza family didn't have a choice in losing their loved ones. Do what's right and don't let him parole !

Please deny us, the family deserve more respect than someone who didn't care that he left them there to die without help because he was drunk., that is no excuse and justice should be served and he should max out his time which was not much for killing 2 people. His record indicates he never learned from is priors what tell us he wont do it again and again because the law is just slapping his hand.

I am asking that you please look at this case carefully and deny parole to this man , he was sentenced to 10 yrs and has been in prison just a lil over 7 mo , his criminal history is proof that this man has total disregard for the law or who he hurts , he had 2 prior DWI's before he killed my parents while driving drunk 0n Valentines Day 2014 , we can never bring our parents back , but we can pray and hope that the parole board does the right thing and makes sure he stays in prison long enough to rehabilitate himself and realizes that there are consequences for one's actions , on behalf of my Family and I , I pray and ask that you please deny parole to this individual..
