The school finally changed their policies and promised the protections Caitlin deserves. I am drained from this fight but the relief is genuine. We will be watching to make sure these new rules actually hold up.

The emails to the school administration continue to go unanswered while the harassment in these hallways carries on. My exhaustion is heavy but I have no intention of backing down when Caitlin is still being ignored. I am gathering more evidence to show them exactly what is happening under their watch.

I read your story on vindy.com. So many schools have "anti bullying" policies but I have seen very few enforce them. Hoping Caitlyn gets the justice she deserves.
Everyone needs to be involved in this! Schools/police/people of Struthers, you neighbors...this would be a different story if it was one of the policeman's daughters or the principle's daughter. My heart breaks for this young girl.
It's so hard to believe this is happening in Struthers, but unfortunately it is, we will have strength in number, please sign the petition & go to the Board of Education on April 23rd at 2:30.... let's be heard..,
Shame on the school for not stepping up snd helping one of theirs students who really are in trouble. Not only would i press charges against throw school and school board but also that bully's patents and the bully herself, for breaking the restraining order!!!! Good luck to Caitlin and her family!
The school board and law enforcement need to step up and do the right thing. What good is a protection order if it is IGNORED by law enforcement or a school policy that is NOT ENFORCED?
I will make sure none of my family of friends ever goes to such a horrible school. The parents of these monsters should be put in jail

I am a former student of Struthers, and thanks to their so called no tolerance policy I have a lot of emotional problems. I was terribly bullied and the school didnt do shit about it. Things need to change.
