We as the family and friends of the victim, BRANDY LOUISE GALLEGO are devastated over the tragic murder death of our beloved BRANDY that occurred on November 7, 2007. We oppose the early release of the inmate responsible for her death and ask that Kirk D. Wingo remain in prison to serve his full 25 year to life sentence for his first offense and 25 year to life for his second offense.
