I oppose this. How is justice served. The courts mandate a sentence and then only 11 years of time serve on 2 25 to life sentences... The victim gets no parole from her death sentence....Justice is not being served by giving this murderer early parole
This criminal deliberately murdered another human being and should serve the full term of his sentence. As a close friend of the family, I have witnessed the pain the family has and continues to endure every single day.
This man left two babies to suffer the loss of their mother for the rest of their lives. He should also suffer for the rest of his. Where's the second chance for his victim?!? Right, she didn't get one. Neither should he.
This is my daughter. This man should not be set free. He had threatened to cut me next during the trial. I would fear for my life as well as my grandchildren if he were let out. He took a part of my heart and needs to stay in jail.
Brandy’s family has a life sentence... they relive the horror of her death every day... every single day! The least that justice can do is have this man serve his full sentence... still then it will not assuage the pain in our hearts. Thank you for your consideration.

A life sentence or 30 years for murder is not about releasing the murderer before sentence is complete. Murder is the most serious crime. To take a life is rewarded by the murderer serving a life sentence and not a minute less.

Brandy and I were best friends in elementary school before I moved. She was loving and happy. She didn’t deserve this and he doesn’t deserve to live outside of prison. He didn’t give her a choice. He shouldn’t be given one either!
