If this case goes to Court our district will probably lose because the person who led this investigation didn't do a good job. The district stands to lose thousands of dollars because our district took the words of two men whose stories were false and had NO PROOF. Instead, our district took Ben's career and tried to destroy him. All we want is for the board members to make this wrong, RIGHT. Give him his job back and apologize for putting him and his family through torment. Our superintendent and human resources assistant superintendent are driving our district into the ground."
