Ben Goetschel is being tryed for a crime he hasn't comitted.
He's being tryed for raping a minor. She was 21 when they got together. 4 & a half months after they broke up she accused him of raping her. Now, she's claiming that she has the mentality of a fourteen year old, and they are adding statutory rape to the original bogus charges.
She goes to the bar and drinks, has two kids, and is in a relationship. Does that sound like a fourteen year old mentality to you?
He did not do this, and they don't have the necessary evidence to even hold him.
If you believe people are innocent before proven guilty, and not the other way around, this petition is for you.
