This guy shouldn't only be charged Vehicular Homicide but for trying to Flee the scene of a crime. Why vehicular homicide wouldn't be the ruling is beyond me since it is pretty evident with witness. How about MURDER!

There should be more serious charges applied in this case. You can bet that if this was a motorcycle cop killed they would throw the book at him. Him killing then trying to flee should make this a felony.
