I don't understand why killing someone with a motor vehicle is any different that anything else (gun, knife hands ?) Need to be held accountable.

No matter if 4 or 2 wheels, it should be the same charges. I'm a biker myself, now you have to constly watch for others not paying attention.

This is my daughter and I want justice for her.she was my first born, she was kind, caring, gentle loved life.and she lived but she was taken way to soon because of this boy's actions. If he get's away with killing my daughter how many other people will he kill just because he can and not pay for it?

As a rider myself, I am absolutely sickened at a story like this. LOOK TWICE AND SAVE A LIFE.

Regardless of the motorcycle, he couldn't see he was fixing to have to stop? I call bs. Vehicular homicide should be the charge in this case, all the way.

I recently (a week ago today) lost two friends in a similar accident. A man failed to yeild before entering the highway, pulled in front of Levi and his wife tabatha on their motorcycle. He killed Eco on impact, tabatha spent 4 days in ICU before pronouncing her dead. They had a 4 year old daughter. The man was charged with "Failure to yeild"

Sorry for your loss. Maybe this case will help to set precidence for a law that can help to ensure that motorists watch for motorcycles in the future. My condolensces go out to everyone involved.

How are bikers supposed to coexist with caters if you keep letting people off with a slap on the wrist? Biker lives matter!!
