Justice for Ashley!!!!! The man who killed her should be behind bars!!!! what he did is no different than shooting someone....he took a life and needs to be brought up on homicide

We have to keep fighting to stop this needless slaughter. I have been rear ended twice and once a woman pulled out from a stop sign right in front of me. Every time some lame excuse.

Change the charge, if he had hit a car and killed someone. I bet he would have been charged with vehicular manslaughter.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. OUR LIVES MATTER TOO. LAW'S NEED TO CHANGE KILLING SOMEONE WHILE DRIVING RECKLESSLY/CARELESSLY SHOULD BE JAIL TIME.
REALITY IF THIS WAS AN OFFICER ON A MOTORCYCLE. THIS PERSONS CHARGES WOULD BE UPPED. WE DEMAND BETTER AND EQUAL JUSTICE....

This was not a slap on the wrist incident the District Attorney needs to do his job...fight to be the voice for Ashley and her family. A Vehicular homicide charge is the least that should be accomplished in regards to this tragic incident. The individual responsible for destroying so many lives with his derelict actions needs to be punished to the fullest extent of the law. That will in no way satisify the life which is no longer with us, however, it will be a beginning stepping stone for healing to begin.
