Ashley tragically lost her life as a direct result of John Seibert's actions. The State Attorney, Brad King needs to do his job and charge this man with the appropriate charge of Vehicular Manslaughter, Which reads as follows:
Under Florida Statute § 782.071, vehicular manslaughter is an accusation that a driver killed another human being by operating a motor vehicle in a reckless manner likely to cause death or great bodily harm to another.
To prosecute a vehicular manslaughter charge, the state does not need to prove that the driver had the intent to harm anyone, but instead, that the operation of the vehicle was in a manner likely to cause the death or great bodily injury of another.

Everyone who rides a motorcycle should sign this petition. My son Travis was on the bike with Ashley and was badly injured. His friend Larry and his wife Shawna were narrowly missed as the both were sitting at a red light in Floral City. John Seibert needs to be held accountable, careless driving is an insult to the life that was taken. Please have all your friends and family sign this petition

This is awful. She was such a nice girl. People need to open their eyes and pay attention to traffic. He should absolutely get a strong consequence. She lost her life and nothing he has to go through could compare to that.

Vehicular homicide is the correct charge. He should not get a slap on the wrist for killing this beautiful young woman.

People need to pay more attention when driving. This is such a sad thing for someone to loose there life at such a young life, she had so much more to offer this world. This Mr Seibert, needs to be held accountable for his actions, before another family has to say goodbye to there loved one.
