I guess he didn't see the red light that the bike was stopped for either. How can Seibert kill a person and only get charged with careless driving and not murder?

Ashley was and is my girlfriends best friend when my gf wasnt with me she was with ashley . Im doing this petition because the guilty should be punished. That man left the scene of a crime in witch death occured . Guilty. Guilty guilty . Prison

Prayers for the family. To many tragedy ' s this summer and alot of them are the drivers of the vehicles fault. I also ride and was almost hit 3 times this year and once was from behind when I was at a intersection to turn left thank god I always use my mirrors and watch traffic that is coming from behind if I wouldn't of moved my bike I also would of been struck. This man took a young woman's life and he needs to face the facts and do his time.

This is yet another tragedy where the Court's need to be harsher with the penalties for motorcycle deaths. This case appears to be quite clear, he was speeding, and he RAN and someone died because of him not watching what he was doing.

This man should be charged with involuntary manslaughter- hit and run- leaving the scene of an accident involving damage-along with all the minor charges .is this assistant district attorny a friend of the family?..how can anyone seriously think careless driving fair change!..RIP.... ASHLEY JUNE
