I am glad to be a part of the movement to make someone accountable. Accidents happen, but when he ran, he changed it from an accident to a homicide.

This IS so sad! Guys definitely guilty if he was trying to run away from the scene!! People need to pay attention when they are driving!

The fact that he ran and did not stop to render aid made him guilty.

he deserves a vehicular homicide charge! i dont understand why this is even a question!! what has our justice system coming to? if it was the bike driver being reckless and killed someone the charges would be filed already against them... i feel awful for her friends and family.. and i feel bad that this man has to live with this but i believe he deserves a homicide charge.. you take that responsibility when you go speeding and not paying attention!!

He needs to charged with the actual crime of taking someone's life and running from the scene. Not their bogus charge they have against him now.

Nothing less than vehicular manslaughter for Seibert.
