Please charge the driver with more. He murdered my niece by not paying attention behind the wheel of a vehicle. A life in Florida must mean more than just a fine.

If this was an accident that happened to a vehicle other than a motorcycle, this would be considered vehicular homicide, no questions asked.

This most certainly deserves a stiffer sentence!! Along with fleeing the scene of an accident and failing to lend aid to victims you injured (killed)!!!
