He killed my best friend. He needs to be judged in a court of law by his peers. We cannot stand by and let this person free with a traffic citation.

I do agree that this man should get charged with vehicular Homicide. I think a life is worth a lot more than careless driving, especially since he left the seen of the accident!!

John Seibert, jumped out of the truck and ran. Ashley was pronounced dead at the scene. The Citrus County States Attorney Brad King has brought the charge of careless driving against Seibert. This petition is to see that John Seibert gets tried in a court of law for the appropriate charge of 782.071 Vehicular Homicide. EVERYONE, That has a daughter or loved one, Please help Ashley June Harris to see the justice she desires & deserves.
