Does it take a swat team to shoot and innocent and friendly dog for crapping in someone's yard. Have they never been trained for negotiations. Your motto should be "To shoot and kill" and ask questions later. These so called men should be prosecuted for animal cruelty and for being stupid!

This is complete BS! Police shoot and kill a little dog running away after they respond to a neighbor's complaint. Watch the first video. People need to voice their opinions to the Racine police and ALL those involved should face disciplinary action.

Cops are too quick with the gun in ANY situation involving a dog! This is taking the motto "Shoot first, ask questions later" way too far! Cops should be held accountable for their actions, whether they are putting on the lights to cruise through a red light or heinously shooting an innocent dog with blatant disregard for her owner or of the fact that she was trying to get away from a frightening situation. The cops involved should be suspended without pay for a period of 30 days and given mandatory training on how to deal with animals!

This is so ridiculous it is hard to even believe it happened! So, I am taking it that this dog and her owner were some kind of Terrorist who were so extremely deadly dangerous that it took a tactical team to take them down! Just Appalling!
