So if the girl ended up getting hurt by the man who got pushed and adam saw it would adam be charhed with that as well ? Seeing a crime and not stopping it. Why dont indiana go after the people who are actually doing horiable things like meth , killing, raping instead of those who are protecting each other?

His female friend needs to testify on his behalf. Also he can sue the state for an unfair trial. They can not deny him a lawyer. That's his constitutional right. They also can not make him plead without a lawyer either or sentence him if he requested a new lawyer. He needs to contact a good lawyer. Also put this lawyer on blast and ruin his career. They are violating his rights.

I hope he gets justice! What if he didn’t hear that girl scream? She could of been raped or even worse killed! I wish someone would have been there when I was raped to stop the guys who did it! This breaks my heart .
