It's obvious this man was not given a fair trial, not to mention his incompetant lawyer. This is why people dont want to help others today, fear of being sued or getting charged with a crime.

I know Adam and I would like to say for the record, that I believe he was in his right to defend the women getting beat by another man. This is a clear sign of him protecting another person.

You know you are right! But they did question everybody and everybody said it was an accident but yet they still took him from me.

This is one of the most despicable displays of our law enforcement and justice system. They have no right to put him behind bars for helping someone in need.

Dahnay this is your cousin I have read the story if your husband and you ran to help this girl who was screaming was this guy hurting or playing because if she was being hurt she should of said something to help your husband! What the law is doing up there is wrong questions and witnesses should have been talked too to find out all details and sounds to me nothing! I am family and will stick by my family
