Although I doubt if David Alvarez intended to kill Aaron V. Juarez he is fully responsible for Aaron's subsequent death.
Therefore i believe David Alvarez is guilty of and should be charged with manslaughter.

Just for asking for a reduction, I would instead up his bond due to the fact that he has a criminal record and remain locked in jail until his trial
