I hope you get what your asking for. And to the person who says he knew David and says he's innocent how is hitting someone which causes them to die not a crime? Drunk or not David should have never put his hands on another person if your not willing to deal with what happens afterwards.

I grew up with David Alvarez. He is an innocent man. This petition is pathetic and irratating. You all should be ashamed. A Juarez was drunk and disorderly. Some people would be almost positive he got what he deserved. #freedomofspeech

life happens.. the dude was sorrry but poor guy didnt look and got hit then died like that... i dont agree that jail shoud be a place for any man.. he should deal with his actions then u know wats good? not therapy but just to get away and reflect!!! i know it sounds corny but its better then jail.. jail is just an esxcuse to put plp like that.. not sure y plp r here saying he neeeds jail u dont know anything about consequences and dealing with something you did.. jeeesh it annopus me that plp cant accept their actions and belive they deserve nothing then a 3x4... thats not right..

Why should the bond be lowered? He already committed multiple crimes before, and yet he keeps on doing what's wrong. Let's do what is right. Teach him his lesson that life has it's consequences.

This is not a man we want out on the streets. He would not only be a flight risk but when anger could hurt someone else. He has already killed a man over a minor traffic accident. Just think what he would do over something worse than that. Keep him in jail please do not lower his bail.
