The government has finally signaled a formal review of the judicial processes we challenged. I am incredibly drained by the long fight but this outcome confirms that our insistence on fairness could not be ignored. We have to remain vigilant to ensure these promised changes actually happen.

We all need to act together in order to change the way things work. Every person expects the DUTCH JUDICIAL SYSTEM to execute Dutch Laws in an EQUAL, HONEST & MORAL way to all human beings.

1. JUSTICE must be right of ALL not only the RICH & POWERFUL.
2. JUDGE must act with HONESTY & NOT PREJUDICE.
3. JUDGE must not give preferential treatment to Large BANKS & INSURANCE COMPANIES.
4. JUDGE must not give preferential treatment to BOARD MEMBERS of LARGE Organisations
6. JUDGE must ensure ordinary employees and citizens have right to JUSTICE.
7. JUDGE must perform full investigation on facts & evidence prior to VERDICT.
8. JUDGE cannot give one sided VERDICT.
9. One must be able to get JUSTICE without a Lawyers in all DUTCH COURTS.
10. Lawyers cannot practice law on PERJURY.
Please add your suggestions on changes you want to see. We will send this to Dutch Government and Ministries to bring the much needed CHANGE.

Strongly support for a judicial system that do not differentiate and treats everyone equally.
Irrespective of being the country of international court of justice, local Dutch judicial system is increasingly criticized for favoritism and unilateral decisions. Many Judges are influenced by multinational and powerful corporate houses and they do not deeply investigate and attempt to understand the case and dictate their verdict unilaterally. Hence, a neutral jury comprising of community members and intellectuals should be incorporated in the hearing procedure. Dutch judges must assure for fare and objective analyses of each case and must not practice any discrimination based on race, religion or power.
We support Ms.Pratima Singh, OFBJP Convener, in her pursuit for fair treatment and justice from the Dutch Judicial system.
I, personally and fully support Pratima Singh in her fight against the injustice .
Accepting injustice is unacceptable. Is this the 21st century civilized world where only powerful can get justice through money power. The ordinary citizens have no access to justice.

It is unfortunate when unjustice is done by those where people go to seek unbiased justice. This is totally unacceptable. I strongly believe that there are good fair people law-providers. Wish you strength.
