Please no more development, especially townhomes, in East Cobb. Traffic is already a gridlock.

Same stuff...different day. The notion that it really matters what the majority of your constituents want is utterly laughable, and that is very sad. The decision will follow the money...as usual. So I will sign yet another petition, to preserve our neighborhood, that will end up filed next to the one regarding the Childers/Shallowford development and all of the others. Pleeeease advocate for the desires of the people who voted for you

I pay taxes here. I want protection and solutions to overcrowded schools and traffic. More residents pnly exacerbates the issues. We voted out the old regime and their practices. Please take note and show some support for the existing residents. Thank you.

The development as proposed is too high density for the location, particularly due to traffic.

This development is a horrific idea, to everyone except those pocketing profits from this project. Traffic and school infrastructure is obviously at or over capacity. Look at current data, a vote for this development and rezoning is a vote against logic and conscience.

Johnson Ferry and Shallowford cannot handle the traffic generated from this size of development. It can't handle it now during rush hour.

There is a land use plan and our county representatives and elected officials need to stick to it. That's the purpose of the plan. We do not need increased density especially when we don't have the infrastructure( schools and roads already overcrowded) for it. Our county and this portion of it are not starving for new tax revenue.

Our commissioners have lost sight of why we moved to Cobb to begin with. We must stop the high density and make them adhere to their own plan - FLUM - Future Land Use Map. I pray Mike Boyce will lead the way to a more balanced picture of growth!
