I, the undersigned, have full knowledge and have seen, heard, have experienced, or have been witness of the fact that a "juggalo" is in fact not a gang member, but merely a fan of one or more of the music groups signed to Psychopathic Records. Classifying a juggalo as a gang member is a form of discrimination, as a "maggot", a fan of the musical group Slipknot, is not considered a gang member and neither is a "knucklehead", a fan of the band Five Finger Death Punch. A juggalo paints his or her face like football fans paint their faces the colors of their favorite team. Many individuals have tattoos of Pink Floyd, Metallica, ACDC, etc. on their body and they are not considered gang members. Being a fan of a band is our right, as it is everyone's right to show support for that band. Classifying a juggalo as a gang member goes against our human and constitutional rights. I, the undersigned, petition that "juggalo" be taken off of every gang list in every state.
