The silence from the people in charge is frustrating but I am still pushing for a real response. It is exhausting work to keep this momentum going alone when the goal feels so far away.

I've known Judy for 13 plus years. She is the most involved, community minded individual I have ever known. She gives 100% 24/7. I respect Judy in all facets of her being. I willl miss reading her articles in the Patch
I first met Judy when I was campaigning for city commissioner. I found her to be very friendly and knowledgable. She is the reason that I even know about the Patch. You are doing a great disservice to your readers by letting her go.
Judy Davids is everywhere in Royal Oak from foot races, City Commission meetings, Arts, Eats & Beats, Mitten Movie Project, etc. She has made Patch an important souce of Royal Oak information and Patch is cited in City Commission meetings. Judy knows a lot about what is happening in Royal Oak. Is is an outstandng indvidual.
Judy Davids is a fantastic editor, communicator, and coworker. As a former local editor of Royal Oak Patch (Dec. 2010), I understand the challenges of covering a place where the action is constant and diverse. Judy managed her site with aplomb for some years and led our team in Southeast Michigan with her example.
Judy went above and beyond to provide the Royal Oak community with a source of information that will sadly be missed from both my daily routine and from the public discourse.
I read Patch every day and think Judy is doing a great job. Please Keep

As the Mayor of the city that Judy covered with the Patch, she had become an invaluable asset to the community. Her perspective and remarkable knowledge of where she lives will be missed.
