I had court today. I was represented by a lawyer, however there was conflict and recused himself, when I asked Judge McBrien for a continuance so I can get new lawyer he went ahead and awarded my child to the other party. Then set a trial date after. I had absolutely no say. I was truly offended. The system is corrupt.

I will be before him on April 13, 2015, and am already making arrangements for my contempt charges and the safety of my children. He has given judicial authority to mediators and disregards due process and Civ. Code Proc., hence evidence was not accepted whereas I could show exactly why I disagreed with the report. I had copies for plaintiff, court and myself, but would not allow me to get them out, instead commanding me to get an attorney.

He has placed my child in danger of physical abuse by over turning the entire outcome of another judge who was the trial judge because he was angry personally for me questioning his lack of reading the trial judge's decisions to protect my child by giving his father supervised visits.

This judge is a one sided judge regardless of what the professional mediators have evaluated. He has allowed a father to lose his relationship with his daughter with proven facts the mother has lied and brainwashed the girl into believing the father is a horrible man. Worst and waste of tax dollars

has allowed the mother to lie in court, When provided evidence and a witness, an established Social worker, he declined to set any status.. This is the third time he has done this in my case...
