I’ve watched the documentary via YouTube multiple times, and believe this young man deserves life. His original sentence was 50 years for a crime of passion. He was provided less than qualified legal assistance and therefore ask a new trial should be set for both convictions. A fair trial with competent attorney. Regards, Ana

Very harsh for someone whe did not shoot the officer. This man does not deserve to die for this terrible crime.He deserves to ne incarcerated but not desth.

I have my issues with the death penalty as it is, but to kill someone who was not even at the crime scene when the murder occurred is wrong. You have my vote to save him;

I really do not understand a kind of justice who sentences death to a persons who do not make the action that causes death of a victim. Moreover, the person who had kept the gun was not Garcia. I think it is Just a hateness from justice and police officers as their colleague died during this tragedy. This death penalty is simply based on emotion from police and heads of justice. I do believe that is was not rational decision anymore. Death penalty is not a solution and I humbly think Garcia and mates are just mischanced as much as the policeman who lost his life. It so chocking ! Even life prison cannot be required against Garcia. Please we beg and hope justice decision will be re-considered. Good bless the policeman, Hawkins, family and especially protect his son who should be a man now. May he bless convicted families too. Respectfully, It was my humble advice, Juste Sossou
