This man needs prayers...he needs Jesus...not death. Mistakes happen, people make bad decisions...but people can change. Jesus Christ was crucified for the forgiveness of all sins. He died on the cross for sinners like Mr. Garcia and sinners like you and me! Prayers for this man...In Jesus name
No one should receive the death penalty, nor should they be executed under the Law of Parties- last year a man from Florida was executed for rape and robbery while the man who committed the murder got life. Joseph Garcia's life is of value to God- please change his sentence to life.
I don't fell it's right to kill another person who had nothing to do with the murder of another person. He was inside committing another crime at the time and yes he deserves to be punished for his actions he committed and not the actions of the person or persons who actually was responsible for the death of the police officer.
The death penalty is not about justice it is about revenge, it is barbaric and proves nothing..changes nothing. I believe in rehabilitation for most offenders, this one included.
I have recently watched the video on this incident. I feel that joseph Garcia shouldn't receive the death penalty. I feel that Miguel should be the only one who should pay the price for this crime since he is the one who shot and killed the police officer. Please do not execute joseph Garcia.
Please,consider all the human being that he is ,he has a beautiful soul& I understand he has done wrong although ,God has a reason for all his wrong doings.
