As a citizen of the United States of America, I respectfully protest the possibility of parole for one, Jose Bulerin, who is incarcerated in the State of Ohio at the Ohio State Penitentiary. This inmate has been convicted of aggravated murder and has served only 20 years of a life sentence. It is my belief that this violent offender will not be capable of conforming to minimal standards of conduct within his community, and in fact poses a grave risk to society. I ask that he not be released from prison, and that he continue to serve the remainder of his original sentence.

Seriously? How is this even up for discussion. He needs to stay behind bars for the rest of his life.
