Requiring a PhD to spend 20 months abroad represents a financial impact and is reasonably likely. This period does not have costs that include accommodation, transportation, health insurance, etc., which leads to great financial pressure in particular, and therefore it has become difficult to obtain grants or scholarships. Therefore, we ask you to reduce the rsidancy in the host country.

I'm completely against the decision of 20 months. I'm about 50 years old and I always wanted to improve my skills and get my PhD. The decision of 20 months ended my lifelong dream.
