We moved to this rural community for a quiet and peaceful lifestyle. If you rezone this land for industrial then the farmland around our house is next and so on. This will be the beginning of destroying our community's neighbourhood and environment and water resources.

Protect the land.

It seems to me that there are far better locations within GET or beyond within Wellington County for this type of facility to be built as the water supply and road system just isn't suitable to large industrial buildings and their related truck traffic in this location.

Do not put this agricultural and environmentally protected land at risk by rezoning it for industrial development.

Our clean water sources must be protected as a priority issue. Once they are gone there is no going back.

Why this location… Diminishing agricultural land Threat to ground.and surface water supply Increased burden on local traffic Waste water runoff/sewage disposal Disruption of local lifestyle and much more Build it in existing industrial areas. What is the townships real position on this

This establishment should NOT be built in a residential area and an environmentally protected area in Guelph-Eramosa Township. It could and absolutely SHOULD be built with all the other businesses in the industrial areas of Guelph. These areas are made for higher traffic both from more cars, but also from more transport trucks. This should NOT happen!!!

We need to protect Ontario's agricultural land. These large factories need to be located in existing industrial park settings.

You can not use prime agricultural land for commercial use ,do you realize what a big spill could have on your water resources there?

Do not like to see changing of green space for this huge factory style building ,and am afraid for water-shortage for the neighbourhood ,and eventually pollution. Bad planning!!

Rural agricultural land needs to be preserved. This plane should be placed within an urban industrial park that can support the traffic the plant will generate. Thank you, Laurie Young

The destruction of agricultural land in southern Ontario should not be continued. It is needed now and will be needed more in the future.
