Climate change is destroying enough! We need to preserve as much farmland as possible. This is ridiculous to give up more farmland for more pollution, traffic and risks to environment

This sets a dangerous precedent for the rezoning of rural lands.

We need our land for farming!
Guelph is the capital of ontario for farming and we need to preserve our land as much as possible. The world is in crisis and food will be the most important commodity in the years to come esp with climate changes.

I agree that this is not the place for such a company to build. There are plenty of industrial sites in the Guelph area, many of them currently vacant. This is a rural farming community and there is no place for this! Destroying perfectly good farmland and putting our water at risk. I drive this road every day to work and hate the thought of having to compete with trucks. Of this happens, what next? Will all the farmland in this area be eaten up by large buildings. One of the reasons I moved here was because of the pastoral, country life. If I wanted to live in Toronto, I'd move back there (not a chance!)

Agricultural lands need to stay, especially in the 'breadbasket'. Lots of industrial zoned land available just down the 401 in Guelph. NO CHANGES TO PROTECTED AGRICULTURAL LANDS!

Save our farmland!
Family farms can’t sever for more family to help keep farms alive, why should big business have the power to do what they want at the expense of our farmland!

This is a ridiculous request as Jones Baseline is not suitable whatsoever for industrial truck traffic, nor is turning rural farmland into factories when there are industrial sites available next to major transportation arteries. This should not be approved.

Please stop the rezoning of this property and think of everything you will be destroying,or is this simply about money? Find somewhere else to put this monstrosity.
