Neuro Electronic Torture is a reality. Please join the fight against perceptual augmenting devices which are implemented in order to induce decompensation of victims within the civilian population. Every year the general public is decompensated financially by the IRS in order to fund psy op projects that torture individuals within our sovereign borders. Technology which possesses an inversely proportional potential to help people suffering from neurological disorders is being withheld from the medical community to induce misery.
