I would like to see more activities for seniors. The multi generatioal center in Apache Junction offers lunchen meals for seniors at minimal cost plus motivational speakers

We do not need a community center in our community that few will use and all will pay for. There are many more uses for our excess funds that would provide quality of life for a bigger group of residents. I would encourage our board to reevaluate their plans and listen to the many people who are opposed to this overly expensive center. Borrowing money on top of using our cash reserve is not in the best interest of our community of Johnson Ranch

We've been livikg in this community since the year 2000, one of the first families to buy new construction. When we first heard about this 'community center', first thing came to mind '' who's going to pay for this ?''. Next, gaurantied our HOA fees will go up! even though thier language stated just the opposite! We think the HOA's feet should be held to the fire, and demand they tell us the truth even at this stage of the game.and get competitive bids or scrap the whole project, and go with the FUSD option! If the HOA wants this so bad, let THEM pay for it by deducting $ 50.00 from each HOA employee's pay check every month and see how THAT goes down! After all, THEY seem to have alot more money than the Johnson Ranch citizens have.

What the HOA is trying to force on the homeowners of Johnson Ranch is wrong and unsafe. Clearly the HOA doesn't have the welfare of the communities children a priority. Putting a community center/HOA Offices at Twilight Park on Magma/Indigo Sky Blvd is a safety concern do to the increased traffic and number of children in the neighborhood. Having a community center across the street from my house is a quality of life issue for me and my family due to permanent health issues. I believe if the HOA goes through with their plans to build the community center at twilight park I will consider selling my home that I love and leave the Johnson Ranch Community

NO, NO NO! It is obvious they are miss using our funds. I heard we no longer have cox cable because they lost the contract, why aren't our fees going down. Plus with all the new builds. .. won't even go there

My wife was one of the first to buy a home in Johnson Ranch about 14 years ago. Now that the amenities are complete, there is no justified reason to increase the dues. In fact, with the number of homes continuing to grow, the dues should be reduced as there are more residents to divide the costs between. Shame on the Board. They are open to civil litigation should the need arise. whether or not the HOA has an insurance policy to cover the board and their actions. Further, there are sections of the community that receive no services such as landscape and zoning enforcement. It's time for a change in who's who on the Board.

Don't take away from the YMCA and the community involvement in our schools! We need more community, not a community center that will isolate Johnson Ranch from the rest of the San Tan Valley

I have attended some of the meetings and have come to the conclusion that this project is not in the best interests of the community and you should not over ride our wishes as you have done in the past eg Cox cable vote that was against removal!!!!!!!!

Why is the BOD so dead set against the FUSD proposal? It seems to me we could have dedicated tennis and pickleball courts if we took the FUSD proposal.

JR needs a gym and sports facility more than it needs a meeting room!
The community center plan does not appear to be well vetted. Many in Johnson Ranch are retirees who snowbird. We do not need additional HOA fees for the community center proposal as submitted by the Board.
