we need to get rid of this HOA completely!! the complex is NOT kept up and the streets are not clean. As home owner's and professional's we can do a better job of overseeing our investment in this community. therefore it would not be for profit it would be totally for our families.

Cmty Cntr won't be needed now that Florence School District will have a regional center will have a lot more things that we can take advantage of for a lot less money.

I am disgusted with the lack of attention given to the ADULTS at JR. It's use our money in the most wasteful manner possible.
