I just moved in to this community and can’t believe the drama. I believed the $65 a month HOA is plenty to keep up with maintenance and improvements. The streets are always full of litter and I am always picking it up because I take pride in my new purchase. I understand the “Community Center” is a cover to upgrade the offices for the Board Members and staff. I say NO !

I'm not against the concept of a community centre but feel the FUSD and the golf course options need to be seriously considered.
