I applaud your actions young lady, you have done the right thing to bring this to the web, you are paving the way for other victims who choose to stay silent.
By not bringing any form of sexual harassment forward you are enabling the perpetrators and being an accomplice to future victims.

The dismissal of this case is evidence of a gross misunderstanding of what sexual assault and consent are, and an abhorrent injustice to the victim. This needs to be addressed!

school is not law.... if the man isn't convicted of anything by the courts you can't allow people to use something he hasn't been convicted of against him... you ever been innocent/guilty of ANY crime? imagine being free'd/paying your penalty and being punished AGAIN for it.... especially if you didn't do it in the first place?!

GO GIRL GO! You might not be his first victim, but hopefully you will be his last. You are helping all women by not allowing the police to silence you. Maybe your assailant's parents are rich or well known and this is why they want it to go away.

I hope she gets the justice she deserves because the way the school and the police have delt with it is absolutely unacceptable and is a detriment to the safety and well being of the women who attend this institution.

You weren't able to contact the alleged victim, and yet take it upon yourself to use this incident to push your own agenda? Shameful! Why don' t you either truly get involved and try to help, or else mind your own business?
