Blaming the victim is not ok. Don't go the way of USA schools that deny campus rape. It is an epidemic that must be dealt with properly. This wasn't!!!

This victim shaming needs to stop! They looked friendly in the video!? Have the police just conveniently forgotten that the majority of victims are attacked by someone they know? Proud of this girl for coming forward instead of remaining silent. The school and police should be ashamed since their behaviour only promotes victims remaining silent and therefore remaining a victim instead of becoming a survivor

Incredible that people must sign a petition for justice to be served and that the school would not adress this incident with more attention for the security of other students. The perpetrator Must be held accountable for his actions. If not the school will be held accountable for any future dispicable acts for which they did not prevent.!

Nobody should have to go through an ordeal like that and then see no justice!! It's like saying that the perpetrator can do as he pleases!!!

Sexual assault is not something to be taken lightly, and I'm APPALED at the lack of support this young woman has received. This attitude puts young women in danger, and I can assure you I would never recommend anyone I know to attend JAC knowing that in the event of sexual harassment, nothing will be done to help. School campus should be a safe place, and cases of sexual harassment should not be taken lightly.
