SPVM clearly at fault. Philippe Pichet is the one to complain to. On their website, he says, "The police of the future is here." I, for one, am not impressed. "The quality of our service must live up to the community's expectations." You have failed all women on this one, M. Pichet.

The terms of this petition are fare and should be actions taken automatically by the school and police. Having to sign a petition in order for these terms to be met is unnacceptable. As a graduate of John Abbott college, I sign willingly and hope this poor victim gets the help and support she needs from her community.
