To the authors: Please withdraw these proposed amendments, educate yourselves on LGBTQIA+ issues, and redirect your efforts to support ALL our members fully.

This is not ok. This is my family, and if my family is going to be torn apart by unfair amendments and rules then I have no interest in being in this organization. If my family goes because of these rules, I go too.

Job’s Daughters is a place for the youth to feel safe and welcome, by adding these amendments we take away that safe and welcome place for many youth who feel that may be the only safe and welcome place for them. This doesn’t just include transgender but any lgbtq+ youth. If someone joined as a daughter and then figured out that in their heart they should be a son should not change the time, the effort, the friends, the family, or the work that they have put into this order.

My daughter is a PHQ and she worked very hard to earn that title. She worked equally hard to earn her Past Worthy Advisor title and her Past Sweetheart title. Our youth organizations are here to support, love and lift our youth up. And especially our youth that are at higher risk. And anyone who earned their titles deserve to keep their titles no matter what gender you are. They are just like you and I, wanting to live their truest life in love, respect and peace. Don't punish our youth for growing into the adults they will be, help them strive to the best version of themselves.

As a PBG I am appalled at the narrow minded thinking these ammendment are. All girls need nurturing.

I'm a Rainbow mom and wife of a mason. It's unbelievable that in 2019 this petition has to even exist. A title earned as a female is not negated because the person no longer chooses to live a lie and has decided to be their truest self. A title earned is a title earned. Full stop.

I want to see this order grow on a good way as I have just been installed as Junior Princess in my home Bethel.

So very sad that my childhood Order has allowed someone to propose such hateful and narrow-minded legislation to strip well earned titles

As a majority member, I wholeheartedly oppose these amendments. It's not what this organization is about

As a Master Mason I don’t see any light in this proposition. Our youth groups should foster a safe environment not one filled with hate.

As the grand daughter of an Eastern Star and a Mason, I'm appalled. This is not right thinking. This is hateful thinking.

Unfortunately, this appears to be a step backward--not forward.

We are better then this! Shame on the small minds that can’t remember what Jobies was based on - Acceptance - lOVE - friendship and UNDERSTANDING. Life is not just black and white - it’s shades of grey that add beauty.
