descendantsof the Original Habitants of the Indigenous Nations of North America Contend the defendants have violated and exploited with cause, a Inherited Right under the Recognized Rights of the American Indians WAY OF LIFE, by failing to honor the Supreme Law of The Land and hold the defendants liable for the gross miuse of the Sweat Lodge Ceremony and in the tragic deaths of Liz Newman, Kirby Brown and James Shore on October 08, 2009 in Sedona Arizona.
