This should not be allowed in a gated community, especially when we have a Covid Pandemnic problem!

Allowing public access to a gated community makes no sense and is absolutely wrong. I am opposed to the application.

Gated community with private roads. Non resident access can only be granted by residents who notify JL security. I do not want open access to my property or surrounding areas by unauthorized non residents. Safety and security are my primary concerns.

Strangers are allowed into our safe, private, gated community, yet family members are not allowed to play on our golf courses? The irony is clear.
I am opposed to the application.

If we own the roads then we should not allow general public access to our roads. If they want to attend a function at OTB, let them come by boat. That way they are not on JL roadways or JL homeowner's property.

I came to Jonathans Landing because aai thought it was a private, gated community. This plan negates all of that.

Out of the Blue's application adds no value to JL residents, and has been in the past a serious security risk with attendees wandering around adjacent private property and making loud noises in the evenings.

Jonathan’s Landing is a PRIVATE community. Period!
That’s why we purchased homes here.

JL is in a lockdown club. We members can not bring family or friends to dine at the clubhouse or join any club activities. This lockdown is to protect our senior members from this pandemic virus. Our gates should be locked for any one coming to the marina area who is not a JL member to keep us safe from people who can come in and spread this virus

My husband and I put our name on the first petition years ago and nothing was done. Let’s get this done now.

Since my house backs up to Casseeky Island Road, the additional traffic and noise will adversely effect me in a negative way. And, I have security concerns with so many unknown visitors.
