I am trying to get a petition started in the state of Pa.,Chester county.I would like to see the juvenile laws updated,since they have not been for many years.Ther must be an age clause when a violent crime is committed and results in death.The victim has no say,obviously and it is up to the discretion of a few people such as ADA,DA.and lawyer of the defendant.My daughter who was 19 for just 2 months was killed,no murdered,she was crushed to death by a 17 yr.old driving to fast ,65mph in a 20mph zone.He was driving on the wrong side of the road and hit her car headon raming her car up an enbankment and crushed her to death.His only punishment was 2 & 1/2 yrs.probation and 500 hours of community service at the local SPCA.He got off way to easy for someone about to turn 18 in 5 months,where he would have done a proper sentence for taking a life.It is as if my daughter
