I feel that this is an outrageous over reaction. Is there anyone out there who hasn't said something foolish at one time or another? Release Jimmy and concentrate on real criminals.

There is a time and a place. Everyone has a had a failing oif mouth editing when passionate. It seems this kids words were mere words not intent and this does not sound just or fair.

We now live in an oversensitive world because some people do take advantage. His case does seem an error of judgment. Hope the judicial system can be fair in its decision. Sometimes it can be overzealous in the way it handles cases.

3 years in prison is outrageous, there are people who committed murder who are found not guilty and do no time at all. He apologized for something that wasn't even serious, and yea he shouldn't have said what he said, but people say stuff like that all the time. If he does time then a lot of other people should do time as well.
