An good man doesn't need to go to jail for one dumb joke that was completely harmless

After reading this and knowing who he really is from his friends that I've talked to, I feel this has been a great misunderstanding. I live in Nashville where this man grew up and I'm friends with his friends. This man deserves to be released after this hiccup.

I know Jimmy and he is an awesome guy. He is always very kind and friendly. Jimmy would never harm anyone, the words he spoke were spoken out of frusturation. I don't think that a misunderstanding should ruin the next three years of his life. I believe he has definatley realized his mistake and I can only imagine how much pain he is going through right now.
