So we make mistakes sometimes, I do not think that a man should go to prison over rhetoric that he did not even think about before saying. But let's claim Romans 8:28 for this man. That article was quite enlightening.

Gaines should be released. This was a misunderstanding. To continue legal pursuit of gains would be a major misjudgment on behalf of Hamilton County.

Everyone gets frustrated at times and says things they regret. And not only things they regret, but things other people take completely out of proportion or context. Here is a case that involves both. This man does not need to deal with having a permanent record with a felony on it because he said something he immediately took back.
