Please take into consideration of this young man's past actions. And the fact that he did not threaten SAU . He is truly sorry for his words of anger about not being able to enroll in the school of his choice. Please consider that he is not a threat to society.

A misunderstanding is not grounds for prosecution. We all say words, that if heard out of context, can be hurtful and are better off left unsaid. These things however, do not permit criminal prosecution.

How many of us have said things we regret? There is absolutely no reason to prosecute this young man who simply spoke without thinking. My son has played ball with this guy for years and there isn't a mean bone in his body. I believe Jimmy has learned a hard lesson. Now just let it go and let him get on with a productive life.
